“Great Job! Courteous, respectful, customer oriented professionals. Went above and beyond. Both owners of the business care about what they do and aim to please. They inform you if they cant meet your expectation or if what you want isn't what they provide. The technicians were great to work with and I was impressed with their cleanliness and attitudes! They worked late into the evening to complete our job. I brought home pizza for them one evening and the guys were more than appreciative. Not something I do for contractors often but they were really working hard to please us and they deserved a break. I would highly recommend this company! ONLY negative would be how difficult it is to get on their schedule, but believe me don't give up because the time is worth the money you will save on your heating/cooling bills! This is not an insulation company, it is a weatherization company, much more effective.”

“As a small business in Bloomington, Indiana, we were planning to relocate our Headquarters to a 40 acre rural location on the west side of town. After spending a great deal of time and money on site development, architecture and engineering we needed to find a HVAC contractor. Being a green business, we were interested in utilizing many of the present green technologies available for our heating and cooling needs. We met separately with four local HVAC contractors and asked them to present a proposal for our development and to include such systems as geothermal, radiant floor, insulation, as well as other traditional forms of heating and cooling. Herrell Fish Inc. (HFI) provided a comprehensive, cost effective and efficient proposal that met all our needs. Their sales team was professional, knowledgeable and informative in the many hours spent reviewing our proposal. We decided to enter into contract with HFI and they spent many hours with us on site during construction/framing phase to insure compatibility with all the other sub-contractors. There are always questions and potential conflicts when dealing with the many construction contractors and HFI was always willing to come out to the site to talk with us and the other sub-contractors to resolve these issues. By far, they were the most responsive sub-contractor on our site. Their installation crew was profession, friendly and willing to explain any of the installation procedures.”
