“Kyle and Sadie and crew did a fantastic job with the huge, whole-home addition to my old 1950's house. My mom loves her new house, saying that it's better in every way than the expensive condo she had been living in - significantly smaller (she was scaling down), but a better use of space. The finishes are all higher quality and well done. The work crews were professional, polite, and well-scheduled so that they could keep working almost continuously once ground was broken. Kyle's "flex" garage suggestions have been very well received and utilized already. Of course there are always some bumps along the way, including a long estimate process (which I think has been changed) and even one important aspect of the build that probably should have been designed differently, but Kyle handled the issues quickly and thoroughly. We believe God led us to S. Flynn Design + Build. We highly recommend them for your project.”

“Living in rural Ohio presents many challenges, including finding a designer who would meet the vision I always had for our unique home. I saw Eric’s designs on Houzz and really liked what I saw. Then I saw that he was based in MILLERSBURG, not that far away from me. Then I met him and Troy and really felt like we could bring everything together. WE DID! Working with Eric and Troy made the kitchen design the best experience I could have ever wanted. I never felt pressured to accept Eric’s ideas and felt he was completely open to discussing what I envisioned for the space. Keeping our budget in mind, we moved through the process, with Eric and Troy promptly answering my questions, texts, and phone calls. That was one of the most important parts of the project for me, which was moving forward even when several parts of the project relied on our involvement. We, the homeowners, wanted to do some of the work ourselves and they encouraged us in the process. But we also knew our limits and EK designs knew what was needed to get the project to the finish line. I highly recommend EK Designs and truly enjoyed our time with them. I would bring them in again for any space I would like to see come to life.”
