Even though I did NOT buy my unit from them, Bob (service manager, I think) was absolutely awesome. It was clear to me that he cared and wanted to help me get my issue resolved. He sent a VERY experienced, professional, courteous and OUTSTANDING tech (Keith) out to assess the issue. Within 5 minutes, he had figured out the problem and had the tub working (WITHOUT having to replace any parts!). I am SO apptreciative for the support and help from these guys in Lynchburg.
