High-Grade Vinyl Siding in Metro St. Louis
One of the easiest mistakes you can make as a homeowner is to neglect your siding. Aging siding will allow water and other harsh weather elements to seep in and damage the frame of your property. This damp, dark environment is an ideal breeding ground for harmful mold as well. Vinyl siding is a cost-effective solution that will raise the value of your home while decreasing your energy bill. It is durable, attractive and versatile without being prohibitively expensive, and makes a good investment for any Missouri home.

BEFORE: 1973 home with the vanity exposed to the master bedroom. Toilet and tub/shower are behind toor to the left. Demolition is just starting.
"I dreamed for years of putting up a wall at the bedroom and completely reworking the room. We discussed many ideas and sketches with Dan and with his suggestions and his “3-D vision super-power” (my name for it) he was able to guide us away from terrible mistakes."

We know old Summit Avenue as the beautiful St. Paul connection that begins near the University of St. Thomas and ends in Lowertown. Among the droves of gorgeous old-style homes sits our client who had a 3-level home converted into 3 one-level condos. The goal was to update and modernize this home into 3 spacious and storage-efficient condos.
These condos couldn’t be luxurious without proper comfort for the owners, so we replaced the radiators with new heating/air systems for better circulation throughout each individual condo. A touch of contemporary design was added to these condos, but make no mistake, their historic charm remains.

This was a difficult remodel. After this room was demo'd down to the studs we found a tremendous amount of the previous homeowners mistakes including out of level floors, bad framing/electrical and bad plumbing just to name a few. Working closely with the homeowner we were able to correct the issues and design a bathroom that not only looks great but will last a lifetime!
