“Crescent Builds built us our dream home. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. We had started our whole home remodel with another company in the neighborhood and that experience was not going well, the project was 60% over budget and the plans did not align with our expectations. We came to Crescent to see if they could salvage our project, they were completely understanding and built out new plans that included everything we wanted and brought the project back into budget. Crescent Builds fixed price structure ensured the project stayed within budget throughout design and construction and any change orders were well documented and agreed by both parties. Our favorite part of the project was working with Alicia on design. She took the time to understand our design aesthetic, what we wanted to achieve and delivered a home that we could only have dreamed of. It was truly a great experience. After this project my only regret is that Alicia can’t continue to make all of my decisions in life! Working with Sean, Efren, Avery, Skender and Milo on the construction phase their attention to detail is amazing. They always ensure everything is built to the highest standard and every detail is perfect. The final product is beyond my wildest dreams. We were also impressed with the personal attention August the owner of Crescent Builds showed for our project, he met with us several times at the start of the project to get everything rolling, he constantly checked in to ensure everything was going well. He even invited us into his own home as part of the Northwest Home Show, where we got some great inspiration for a nanawall, specific white oak flooring, custom storage solutions and how to better break up space in large rooms. We were even given free tickets to the Kraken hockey game. At the end of the project he came to celebrate with a bottle of champagne and some cool Crescent Builds swag. I hope that I only have to do a construction project of this size once in my life but I am glad that it was with Crescent Builds.”

“JT was wonderful to work with throughout the entire design of the project. He went above and beyond to make sure all of the engineering details were completed.”

“The project I am involved with was, in it's initial phase, a complete remodel a 3,000 square foot residence. It has become structurally new design from top to bottom. Our project has been a challenge from the beginning starting with being required to have a new septic system in an environmentally sensitive area. That issue, as well as drainage, ( in Seattle that is a big issue) Nils and crew helped every step of the way. The project, after 4 years, is finally in its framing stage and is going as well as can be. I don't know that any other company would be as personable and steadfast with a similar project. Of course it's up to the owner to be patient as well. I am so lucky to have had Nils Finne Architects agree to work on it. If you want every detail in your design Nils and Co. will provide! Not only do they figure every angle structurally, they come up with little touches that add up to great design! Will post pics in the future.”
