Kitchen Remodelers Near Burke

“We've relied on Case, and specifically Gizem Ozkaya and Jason Burdo, for two big projects in our house, and could not have been happier with their guidance and work. When we bought our house in 2021, we knew it would need some updating, both upstairs and downstairs, to suit our needs. We started upstairs, talking with multiple renovation specialists before landing on Case, largely based on their Case Study approach to renovations. We did a full renovation and expansion of our kitchen, a full renovation and expansion of a bathroom, expanded our front porch, and rebuilt our fireplace. Gizem and her team worked with us closely at every step of the design process, using our preferences and feedback as a guide, and providing us multiple options to choose from. The end result is exactly what we wanted--a more open, modern space that is functional for a family with small kids. We were so pleased with Case's work that a few years later we reached back out to Gizem to see if Case could help with a more modest downstairs project: replacing old carpet with new flooring, replacing doors and trim, and adding built-ins (no moving walls this time around). Gizem and Jason again quickly proposed a plan, and only a few months later we had cleared out the basement for construction to start. The basement renovation, like the upstairs renovation, again elevated the space, making it feel more modern and livable. (Gizem even helped us select paint colors for extra pop.) In short, if you have any renovation needs, we could not recommend Gizem, Jason, or the Case team more. We've largely run out of square footage in house to renovate for the time being, but if that changes there's no doubt we'll be reaching back out to Case.”

“03/23/25: Follow-up on Remodel: #1. 12/09 Demo - 03/10 Final Inspection (see "night and day" aka before vs after). #2. One-Stop K&B of Winchester, VA General Contractor Naun Flores, was exceptional during the completion of my long awaited new kitchen. There is so much goodness I could write about the general contractor used. During the process I started to notice and realized how damn lucky and thankful I was, that I selected One-Stop K&B of Winchester, VA Matt Pektas (PM) and most important that they had Naun Flores General Contractor to work on this project; pictures do not lie so trust me - you will get quality workmanship, you will get decent and honest workers, and you will be Happy knowing it was done right (like no future worries or regrets). October 2024: I just signed my Remodel Contract today AND what a relief it feels; we've been working on this since end of June and project is estimated to end February-March. I've been planing multiple projects since 2015, met 8+ contractors to find the right one, finally found one through One-Stop K&B, Winchester, VA. Working with Gabrielle Alton was beyond my expectation. Her depth of experience and knowledge was highly useful and her patience deeply appreciated; esp. when one has been trying to make their dreams come true - she is a Super Woman.”

“Highly recommend Foster-- truly professional from the initial consult through the final walk-through. Kelly took the time to help us decide on options and get exactly what we wanted. Our kitchen was demoed down to studs and completed within six weeks, ahead of schedule. Jaime, our Lead Carpenter, was there every day and kept us up to speed. And in the final walk through, David (the company owner) identified little things we hadn't even noticed and scheduled a crew to come out and address. Plus their warranty on everything is top of the line.”
