Tim and his crew installed new windows and a skylight at my condo. The job was completed on time and within budget. Tim is a great communicator, is highly professional, and takes pride in his work. Worksite was always left clean during the project.

Brothers Building Company recently completed the construction of our Vermont vacation home. We are extremely pleased with the final product and with the process. Having previously gone through several construction projects with other builders, we entered this one aware of the complexities of construction, especially when the project was taking place several thousand miles from our home in Austin. Ron Graves of Brothers Building guided this project with the confidence and flexibility that only comes with decades of experience. He was available and engaged in every stage, from siting the home, to helping with decisions that impact cost, to meticulously over-seeing the completion of the home and attending to the exceptionally short punch list at the end. Ron is a true professional - he worked very well with our architect and listened carefully to any concerns that we voiced. He has an extraordinarily skilled and reliable crew of builders and expert craftspeople. Every interaction with his crew was clear and satisfying. His office manager, Eliza, was amazing. She managed many details, was extremely prompt in her responses, and provided an unusually high level of support throughout the process. We could not be more satisfied with this company or with our new home. As the project comes to a close, we have felt some sadness about not working with Ron and his team; but we look forward to future projects with them!

Sutherland has done a few small jobs in our home and remodeled our basement. The team was excellent - detail oriented, considerate of our needs and creative. They thought of tons of variables that did not even occur to us and helped us make decisions. Cost was always on Damien's mind and they worked very efficiently.

Our experience with Don Blake Inc. exceeded our expectations, even during a pandemic. The quality of craftsmanship, and the responsiveness of the team to our shifting plans was so impressive. The entire crew was friendly, service oriented, and a pleasure to be around when we were on site. The timelines were met and during the process we valued the suggestions and recommendations where we lacked the expertise, on design, materials, etc. Travis & team were great to work with!

We hired Vorse Construction and Design to convert our home's garage into a small commercial recording studio. Every person we dealt with was personable, professional, and went above and beyond.

They remodeled a 35-year old condo to like-new condition. Excellent work was provided, using best practices applied to a large variety of tasks. The contractor was very careful to elicit the homeowners' preferences, and then he thoughtfully offered his own creative suggestions. He planned out a variety of tasks from ceiling to floors, and kept homeowner informed of all stages of the project. We were very satisfied with the quality of work, done very economically.

We recently completed a kitchen renovation with Alec Genung Construction and couldn't be more pleased with the results. From planning, to demolition and ultimately the finish work, their team was hard-working, accommodating and flexible. Living through a complete kitchen re-do could prove to be difficult for any family, but GC were professional, courteous and prompt - leaving as "clean" a site as to expected at the end of each day. Our budget was met with no surprises (which was nice)... We LOVE the new heart of our home that Alec helped us to create. They do wonderful work and recommend them wholeheartedly for whatever your construction needs may be.

We've done multiple projects with Stewart over the years and have always found them to be highly professional, organized and attentive. They push the projects hard to get them done as quickly as possible, and won't let the projects run forever. We'll definitely use them again.
