General Contractors Near Palmer

“In 2018 PerfectView Remodeling did a complete renovation of our Master Bathroom. This year they did a complete renovation of our Hall Bathroom. They have also done minor upgrades in our kitchen. I am a retired Type A Civil Engineer. As such, I have expected all of my projects to be well planned and completed to high standards. Being retired, I watched the daily work and generally made a nuisance of myself. The wok was done by Lou (the owner), Josh (his son), and Ryland. I had some questions, and asked for a couple of minor changes, but I had no complaints. I found them to be very diligent and professional. They knew what they were doing and what was required for a top notch job. They cut no corners but made sure everything was square and as it should be. They also recommended suppliers for tile, vanities, fixtures, etc., all of which had quality products. Even though I made somewhat of a nuisance of myself over the course of our relationship we have become friends. I have very very rarely in my professional career provided unqualified recommendations for contractors, I can for PerfectView Remodeling with their current staff. I have developed such trust in them that I had not even asked for a price estimate for the minor kitchen upgrades prior to the work, as I knew I would be treated fairly by Lou. We have received many compliments on the bathroom remodelings and have had no problems as we have used them. I have not even seen any of the little problems that often are noticed upon daily use. I don't think you can go wrong hiring Perfect View for your remodeling job.”

“Words can't do justice regarding the satisfaction and gratitude that our family has felt for the entire Archambault team since moving back into our "new" top-to-bottom full-gut renovation. Our project consisted of a full layout renovation to a 1950's ranch that had seen better times, addition of a "connector" onto the existing house into a vaulted addition, full spray foam insulation top-to-bottom, installation of high-performance architectural windows and siding/rain screens/wrap, removal of our chimney and all systems as we converted to all-electric with solar panels and full-house battery back-up, and once done, simply top-notch finish work to totally remake the house. Archambault are pros and their entire network of sub-contractors that they utilize (framing, electrical, plumbing, flooring, roofing, finish work, the list goes on and on) can't be touched. For the entirety of our planning process with Archambault and our architect through to the actual 6-month project onsite, the Archambault team was consistently professional, competent, flexible, great at hearing what we hoped to achieve aesthetically and systemically, and most incredibly, on schedule and a joy to work with every day. You simply can't ask for more from a home contractor. We'd make the decision to work with Archambault again in a heartbeat - our lives truly haven't been the same since we moved back into a house that we're going to live in (and be extremely comfortable in) for a long, long time. We consider ourselves fortunate to have had the opportunity to get to know them and to be able to work with them.”

“Thank you, Bill Laplante, for the outstanding job you and the Laplante Construction team did for us in building our magnificent new home. The meetings with you were instrumental in preparing us to move forward with confidence. We knew in our very first meeting that if we were to build, there was no need to talk with any one else – there would be no one better than Laplante Construction to lead us on the journey. Everyone we dealt with from Laplante Construction (and the sub-contractors) demonstrated the things we came to appreciate in meeting and working with you, Bill: hard work, commitment, expertise, and a level of integrity that is unsurpassed in this or any other type of work. We very much appreciated things like the initial and revised drawings that were produced by Paul Laplante, the important input along the way from Ray Laplante, the day-to-day project management handled so masterfully by Rich Walz, and the excellent workmanship provided by all the Laplante Team members on the job site each day. The result is a spectacular home that is of tremendous quality, the perfect balance between elegance and simplicity, and one that carries the weight and integrity of a house that was built in a different era, perhaps 100+ years ago. But at the same time, you also managed to make it feel light and comfortable, with an understated elegance that comes together with a peaceful flow. When you add all the modern accommodations and special touches to the design, materials, and workmanship, the whole becomes so much more than the sum of its unique parts. In short, Les and I are amazed that EVERYTHING we look at is truly beautiful. We also appreciated your introducing us to Jenn Champigny, as she was an incredibly talented design and plan consultant who added so much to the project. Jenn is one-of-a-kind: exceptionally talented, stylish, aware of all possibilities given her impressive accomplishments, and so much fun to work with. Her many contributions were also very important to us. Your leadership as President of Laplante Construction is certainly what makes working with the whole Team such a very special experience, Bill. Leslie and I are grateful to have worked with you, and we thank you first and foremost for turning our dream home into reality! - Pat and Leslie Sheehy, Longmeadow, MA”
