General Contractors Near Socastee

“Can you love your contractor? YES YOU CAN! On-Site Builders completed an extensive renovation of our condo - kitchen, baths, bedrooms, everything. I cannot recommend Shannon, James and their team more highly. From the planning process, through budgeting, on to choosing cabinetry and fixtures and construction, they excelled at every turn. The project was completed on time and on budget. They were incredibly respectful of the building and our neighbors. We wanted a few special and unusual things - like a huge armoire built from cabinetry, the kitchen ceiling raised to feel more spacious, and hidden, retractable doors for under counter washer and dryer. They delivered on all aspects of this project. The planning process was so great and thorough that there were few changes/change orders. Pricing was very fair and reasonable, especially for the quality of work and service provided. We literally did not have a punch list - that is how thorough they were. We are so very happy with our newly renovated condo. One year later, we love it even more. Do not hesitate to use this builder in the Myrtle Beach, SC area. You will be happy you did.”

“I had a wonderful experience hiring Danny as a contractor. His prices are good and his work is excellent. He’s punctual (not a common trait amongst contractors), he’s organized and good at what he does. He built a frame and put a door in our basement which required minor electrician work and painting. I look forward to working with him on other home projects!”
