General Contractors Near Sun City

“Inspired Remodels recently transformed our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, the team demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality that exceeded our expectations. I had conducted six months of extensive research in order to find a design-build firm we trusted to bring our remodel vision to life. This included reading online reviews, talking with contractors, appointments and follow ups, checking references, receiving proposals and getting revisions, contractor project site visits, and comparing project scopes received from the contractors we considered. Initially, I cancelled the first appointment with Inspired Remodels since there was a fee associated with bidding the project, but five months later rescheduled since none of the other contractors seemed right for us or our project. Some represented themselves to be design-build firms, but after talking with them it was clear that they were just interested in securing a project and swinging a hammer, with total disregard to our vision. From the initial meet and greet with Joe, the experience was very smooth. A key feature that Inspired Remodels offers is an actual showroom. It was ideal to see all the materials together, and so much less stressful! The ability to touch and feel a wide variety of materials and fixtures in their showroom eliminated confusion and doubt. And Bren was so helpful by not only listening to our comments, but by presenting exactly what we were looking for before we knew we were looking for it! We heard remodel horror stories, but we were thrilled with such a positive experience. Since we planned on living in our home during the whole remodel process, the project was split into two phases to ensure we had access to a working shower at all times. Phase 1 (consisting of repipe, kitchen, powder room, hallway bathroom, fireplaces, interior doors, downstairs flooring, and paint) finished two weeks ahead of schedule, and Phase 2 (consisting of master bathroom, staircase, exterior doors, upstairs flooring, and paint) finished on time. The app that Inspired Remodels uses was helpful for project scheduling awareness and kept us informed throughout the process. And the project management team, led by Jason, was always available and responsive through text. The stellar team of tradespeople included: tile experts Leo, Levi, and Manny; countertop specialists Javier and Oscar; carpenters Ulices and Mark, and Viktor handling the staircase; drywallers Alberto, John, and Eduardo; plumbers Joe and Bryce; flooring professionals Leo, Kevin, and Carlos; and painters George, Eduardo and Jesus. We highly recommend Inspired Remodels. Their team is knowledgeable, skilled, patient, helpful, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you're considering a home remodel, Inspired Remodels is THE design-build firm to trust.”

“I am absolutely thrilled with the outstanding work done by APlus and their subcontractors during my recent home renovation! From the beginning of the project to its completion, they demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, skill, and dedication. Alex and APlus staff took the time to listen to my ideas and provided valuable insights, making sure that all my requirements were met. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident in every aspect of the renovation.”

“We hired Serna Contractors to do our interior remodel (kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, staircase, windows, sliding French doors, and fireplace) in 2022. The house we bought was outdated and I had a vision of what I wanted it to look like. We were very pleased with the final outcome! From the very beginning and throughout the remodel, Flavio was a great communicator. I could always rely on him to respond to my texts and calls. He was honest, trustworthy, and had great craftsmanship. Flavio and his team built our range hood, custom kitchen cabinet appliance garages, floating shelves, fireplace wood mantle, and stair railings. His team was professional and friendly. We highly recommend hiring Serna Contractors!”
