He sets a high bar for the quality of work performed by the trades and keeps construction progressing. We really enjoy site visit days. Throughout the entire build, the communication has been excellent. Every interaction from the team members at Kaye whether a face-to-face visit or a well-written email, starts with a cheerful and gracious greeting. They patiently fine-tune details to best meet our preferences that will pass inspections. We enjoy tracking our house’s progress and photos through their easily accessible cloud platform. Ben consistently delivers a level of stellar customer experience we’ve rarely experienced. His refined communication skills, personable demeanor, and knowledge of the building process and industry is outstanding.
