New & Custom Home Builders Near Los Altos

“Incredible Experience! Ahead of Schedule, Highly Professional, and Flawless Execution Eli and the LevelUp team completely transformed our 1970s home. They handled a massive structural overhaul for us, which included building a brand-new master suite, modifying the existing master bedroom, and fully remodeling both our kitchen and an existing bathroom. Going into this, we were absolutely terrified—especially after hearing so many horror stories about year-long delays on major renovations. Because we had to live in an Airbnb with our two small children during construction, timing was everything. Choosing Eli and his team was the best decision we could have made. They completed this massive project in just four months, beating their initial six-month estimate. More importantly, they turned what could have been an incredibly stressful ordeal into a smooth, streamlined process. Eli walked us through each and every step with detailed weekly updates, keeping us entirely in the loop. We were actually out of town for two of those months, but because of his proactive communication, his team made lightning-fast progress while we were away. We are thrilled with the final result. The craftsmanship is excellent, and Eli personally ensured that everything—from the foundation up—was executed to the highest standard. A few key reasons why Eli and the LevelUp team stand out: Seamless Project Management & Clear To-Dos: They manage the entire pipeline end-to-end. Eli provided structured weekly updates that clearly mapped out our upcoming action items, whether it was time to review architectural drawings or place a pre-order for fixtures. We always knew exactly what was happening next. Outstanding Communication: We had a dedicated communication channel and received instant responses to all our questions. Eli has been fantastic about following up on every minor post-construction detail. Speed & Quality: The structural construction moved incredibly fast without sacrificing quality, and the final finish work is top-tier. Excellent Supplier Network: Their strong connections with local suppliers made sourcing materials incredibly efficient. Premium Value & Peace of Mind: While LevelUp charges a premium price, the build quality and absolute peace of mind are worth every single penny. Especially if you are busy with work and managing young kids, having a contractor you can completely trust to handle everything flawlessly is priceless. If you are looking for a contractor you can trust with a major home renovation, we cannot recommend Eli and LevelUp highly enough!”

“We worked with Hugo from GoldenView Renovation on our full blueprint set and then completed a JADU build along with a full remodel of our main house home project. From start to finish, Hugo was outstanding in every way—professional, knowledgeable, receptive, and incredibly detail-oriented. It is truly impressive the way he listens to and reads every single question we had and always gave complete and succinct responses. In any residential construction project, challenges are inevitable—whether it’s navigating city requirements, managing plan revisions and inspections, coordinating with third parties and vendors, handling showroom deliveries, or working with utility companies on service upgrades—and Hugo handled all of it through the entire pre-construction and construction phase. He remained steadfastly professional, focused, calm, and goal oriented. What really set GoldenView Renovation apart was Hugo’s ability to manage every phase of the project seamlessly — from design coordination and city approvals to construction and final finishes. Communication was always clear and consistent; timelines were well organized, and Hugo was always available to answer questions or walk us through decisions on a daily and weekly basis. The quality of work exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall execution were excellent, and the final result looks beautiful. It is clear that Hugo truly takes pride in his work; he goes above and beyond in genuinely caring about delivering the best possible outcome for his clients. His team member Andrew also assisted in the process and was incredibly helpful and great to have on board as well. If you’re looking for a contractor you can trust for blueprints, JADU/ADU construction, new construction, and full home remodeling, I give Hugo and GoldenView Renovation my highest recommendation without reservation. They are truly exceptional. We would absolutely work with them again and couldn’t be happier with the results.”

“The project that EBCON Co. did for me wrapped up about a week ago. I thought they did an excellent job. The project was to design and build an ensuite addition to my house for my disabled sister, who will be moving in with me in a couple of months. I hired EBCON for the project as they had done my home remodel when I moved into my current house 10 years ago. I was very happy with that project and pleased that several of their key personnel and subcontractors were the same as for my previous project. The current project consisted of a bedroom/studio, bath, hallway/study, walk-through clothes closet, lots of storage space, and small outdoor patio with wheelchair ramp. As my sister is an artist and art teacher, we asked for a design that provided high walls for hanging her paintings and extra space in the bedroom/studio for her to paint and potentially teach a few students. The design process went very well. The designer worked constructively with us and made numerous trips to tile, stone, and carpet stores with us to select materials. We greatly appreciated the detailed plan skeches she generated, some of which showed my sister’s paintings up on the walls in her bedroom/studio! Challenges, including access to the addition through existing bedrooms and integrating the design with the existing house, were solved well. ADA guidelines for accessibility were strictly followed for the design and materials. We – and all our family and friends - love the design and how it has turned out. The construction work was very high quality – EBCON has very high standards for the work done on their projects, including for the smallest details. The EBCON team and the sub-contractors they brought in were great to work with through all the stages, including design, construction, and completion. In addition to weekly on-site progress meetings (which included the project manager, superintendent, designer, and often the head of the company), I was kept informed on a daily basis about what was happening and the timing for next steps. EBCON staff were always on site while work was being done, and they were always reachable for conversations. Overall we are very happy with the project. I would definitely use EBCON again were I to have another project, and I recommend them without reservation to anyone planning a large or small home construction or renovation project.”
