“I hired BKDP back in October 2011 to redesign the ground level and 2 second level bathrooms of my home. After interviewing different design companies, both my wife and I felt most comfortable with Fardid and Ken as they were very clear and detailed in explaining the whole design process and how they charge for design and renovation to us. The design process took about 6 weeks and the design was revised a couple of times as we added more items to our wish list. They presented different design and material options to us and guided us to select the design that we like. The renovation took about 3 months to complete and we were very pleased with the end result. During the renovation, their coordinator kept us updated with their progress and schedule without the need of me calling them. And whenever I call or e-mail them with questions concerning the project, they would respond to me right away. We are considering to renovate our basement later on and we would definitely rehire BKDP for their service without hesitation.”

They helped us with lighting and appliance selection, and all the other small details. Carefully measured, and working within our budget, they delivered a fully completed kitchen of world class quality and finish. We were so pleased with the final results that we are hiring them to design and install another kitchen at our cottage. Simply put - they're the best in Toronto.”

She was well-prepared for the consultation during our initial phone call, and took the effort to fully understood what we wanted. She addressed all of our needs and questions, and proposed a plan that is within our budget. Throughout the renovation, she kept a constant line of communication with us to make sure we were aware of what was going on. The project was completed on time and we were very happy that she transformed our den from an empty and unused space into a beautiful guest bedroom with storage in which we very much enjoy spending time.
