We met Steve in 2020, and the first project we worked on together was a tricky basement remodel (framing, insulation, drywall, windows). He approached the challenge with curiosity, dug deep to understand our motivations, constraints, budget, and desired outcomes. He then researched potential solutions and found a modern custom solution to a technical house construction problem that checked all our boxes. He put together comprehensive work orders and estimates that were straightforward and detailed. He scheduled and executed the work quickly and efficiently. He is the contractor friend we always wished we had. One who listens to our dreams and hopes and helps us figure out what we actually want, how to get it done (and then does it.)
