“Michelle and her team are exemplary--professional, kind, timely and perfectly on budget. Michelle helped us with what turned into a > 1 year project (due to the "fun" of county permitting) to do a substantial redo of our backyard, including a 7 foot plus retaining wall, removal of a 1970s waterfall feature, installation of new pavers and stairs and landscaping (complete with sprinklers and lighting). Through the permitting process, she was a wonderful advocate for us (persistent, polite and patient). And, once we actually got to break ground, her entire team was phenomenal--all of my neighbors remarked on how courteous and professional her team was + we are so, so pleased with the final project (and actually enjoying our backyard now!).”

“Sometimes it takes experiencing work being done rte wrong way to know when & how to do it the right way is. Sad to say, we had already paid in full for a complete design from another firm, and it was not until we went to pull permits that we learned our pavilion was not allowed. Working with Montgomery Robbins was a completely different experience. They saw us through the entire design + build process, and the result is a backyard oasis we absolutely love retreating to. My wife and I are in professions where it was critical we could trust the people leading our project as we could not be involved in the day to day oversight. My wife, who is in finance, and I were impressed with the level of detail and precision in the financial tools used throughout the design process. The consistency in their communication cadence helped us wrap our heads around the full scope of the investment early on, so we were never blindsided by the bids that came in and we always knew what we were being billed for. We are grateful for the time and effort John and Cynthia’s team took with us to conduct the project the right way, and now have the yard we only could have dreamed of.”

“They do so much more than pavers. Full landscape design with patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, BBQ's and firepits. She will make a 3d design so you can see it before it's installed. Plus a great warrantee on the paved driveways. They are the best around if you want to enjoy your outdoor space.”
