First Hugo came out for a detailed walkthrough, asking the right questions to ensure he understood what we were looking for, and he sent a detailed estimate within a few days. The estimate was very fair compared with other estimates I received, so that combined with Hugo's excellent customer service and examples of past work convinced me to go with BPC. Each time I contacted Hugo with questions before and during the job, he responded very promptly and was patient even when I changed my mind at the last minute about colors. His team did a great job washing and protecting the house before painting and cleaning up afterwards, and the paint job itself looks great and is very high quality down to the details.
