These guys saved us big time when our pool filter exploded out of nowhere. The showed up fast, handled it like pros, and didn’t charge extra for the emergency. They even stayed after to make sure the new filter was running right. Their service was amazing and I will definitley use them again.

Joe at Fantasy Pools of North Florida is the best. He worked with us on putting together a pool and patio that we wanted and executed it beautifully. Called him years later about an issue that I accidentally caused and Joe quickly helped make it right. Great Company! Highly Recommend. I used Fantasy Pools because Joe put in my neighbors pool. Very reasonable. Prompt, courteous, and professional. When we purchased a foreclosed house, we needed to have the very large (25 x 50) in-gound pool redone - it had sat for over two years. Superior Design Pools gave us an estimate that only included what he thought needed to be fixed, and let us know what the extras would cost if they were broken (e.g. light, pump, etc). Other quotes we received automatically included these things because they "assumed" they were broken. As it turns out, we were lucky and all the equipment worked! By not automatically replacing it all, it saved up a lot of $$. It was a big job - from removing the safety "cage" the city had placed over it, draining and cleaning a pool that had sat stagnant for years and filled with rotting leaves, etc, pressure washing off all of the deteriorating surface, and applying the new surface. It looks great! They did a terrific job - moved our equipment to a better location, hooked up the Polaris I had purchased separately, and just did many little "extras" at no extra charge. All the workers were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. Would definitely use them again!

Parker Pools came highly recommended to me. They were very knowledgable and easily grasped my concept of how the pool and its enclosure should look. Once I had approved the design and cost, they moved quickly to coordinate the many additional items that needed to be addressed such as a tree removal and the capping of existing lawn irrigation in the pool area. The pool was completed on time and within budget with no need for follow-up phones calls or drama. I would highly recommend Parker Pools.

Poolside Designs is a top-notch pool company with great people! This was our best pool build experience, based on other pool builds we have experienced in the past. Having a construction site on your property is never fun. But it makes a huge difference when the owner, supervisors, and staff all care about making the process as least stressful, as possible. This was our first pool installation experience so I have no other experience to draw from. Overall, we are delighted with our pool. We did build it in the midst of the Covid 19 lockdown, so the experience we had might have been due to that. I must say that the team at Island Pools was not very conversant with us. We never really knew when they would show up, sometimes it was a 3 weeks not seeing/hearing from anyone. I did tend to email and text quite frequently as to what was happening next in the process and RD was very responsive albeit short and terse at times. But that's OK. I know that they were extremely busy. We did have some stucco damage that they repaired but I had to keep it in their minds constantly. It ultimately was fixed to my liking. RD did work with my design plan and adjusted the plans accordingly. Enjoy the pics!

Oakwell Pools built a spa, pool and a screen enclosure for my new house. It was professional done and has turned my backyard into my very own playground. I highly recommend this company to build your pool.

Absolutely great ! Fixing my pool was a challenging job ,but you guys Nailed it. My pool deck was completely restored ! I'm a Fan!

I would never recommend this pool contractor; the craftsmenship is horrible. Three (3) structural cracks leaking through the shell, finish is uneven and looks horrible coping popping off and patio pavers very uneven from improper compaction. The pool is only 3yrs old. Filed a warranty claim with no resolution. Hired an attorney.

Life is short – BUILD THE POOL! Why choose a Kerry Martin pool? 1)Showroom Experience They have an incredible showroom! You can see and touch everything from pool tiles, pavers and even samples of the pool shell. The showroom has measurements on the floor so you can get a sense of the dimension of your pool plan. My husband walked and “fake swam” it every time we went for a visit. Having a physical space where we could touch materials and ask question really helped in making decisions. 2)No pressure salesmanship We had already met with multiple pool builders and received quite a few proposals before we decided to check out Kerry Martin. Each of those companies were pushing hard for the sale and offering a discount if we signed “today or by the weekend.” The hard sale was a turn off. The Kerry Martin experience was different from the others, in the best way possible. We met with the pool design & salesman, Mike, who walked us through the process and provided us information we requested. Afterwards, he told us to call us if we had questions or when we decided to move forward. (How refreshing is that?!) 3)Design Process Mike’s expertise and easy-going nature made the design process exciting and enjoyable. He took our “wants” and translated them to a beautiful pool design that was beyond our expectations. Thankfully, he showed us more natural options versus the boxy pool design my husband thought he desired. Mike’s pool design gave us so much more than what other pool companies were proposing and for less money. For example, the pool decking area was far bigger than what previous companies had proposed, and the layout was much more aesthetically pleasing. He didn’t try to sell us on additional grading needed for the yard to avoid flooding (as suggested by previous pool companies). Additionally, Mike came out and surveyed our yard to assure us no extra construction was needed for a potential drainage issue. 4)Construction We spoke with Donna & Ann regularly in terms of what was happening with the pool on a weekly basis and how to best prepare for the next steps in the construction process. Both ladies were both so personable & pleasant. Kerry Martin and his son, Kyle, were accessible to answer questions. Kyle came out regularly to check on work throughout the different phases of construction. The construction team was awesome! Every crew member was polite and professional. They cleaned up their work area and personal debris daily. They created a fenced off area for our pups to still be able to use part of the yard.

Unfortunately I cannot even get a response back from the designer after submitting feedback on the design. It has been 18 days and several follow up attempts. If you're not interested in the job just say so and have some professionalism.

I love my pool enclosure. Fantastic team and I really like the quality components the used. It doesn't look or feel cheap. It is definitely well made.
