Caribbean Pools and Spas

I would never recommend this pool contractor; the craftsmenship is horrible. Three (3) structural cracks leaking through the shell, finish is uneven and looks horrible coping popping off and patio pavers very uneven from improper compaction. The pool is only 3yrs old. Filed a warranty claim with no resolution. Hired an attorney.

BUYER BEWARE: Very unprofessional and unethical company, Lacks extensive follow up and customer service. The owner Bruce will promise and not deliver making excuses along the way by not answering several texts and emails.

What an amazing experience is all I have to say. From the day 1 when Bruce (owner) came to my house until yesterday when we concluded our business. I've had few pool companies come to my house. Some of them were too expensive and some were too cheep to the point I didn't know who to trust. My friend recommended Bruce's company to me and I am so glad I went with Caribbean Pools and Spas. Bruce and Tina coordinated everything and everything went as best as I hoped for. The pool is looking awesome and I can't wait for the warm weather now. Thank you guys for everything. You are awesome!

Bruce and John were very attentive and paid attention to all the details of our pool project. They turned a difficult backyard design into a beautiful pool retreat. They worked with our budget and were very competitive in price. What others considered an upgrade they deemed it as a standard and it showed in the quality of their work. I recommend them to all my friends that are going to build a pool and I would definitely use them again..

An absolutely amazing pool builder. Our pool looks exactly as it looked on paper. The subcontractors work with Bruce (owner) on all jobs, they are polite and respectful. Picture perfect, thorough pool school, and excellent follow up customer service.
