This kitchen renovation was driven by a desire to create a space for semi-formal dining in a small eat-in kitchen. By removing an imposing central island with range, and expanding a perimeter dropped soffit, we created a well-proportioned space in which to center a table for gathering. The expanded soffit cleaned up awkward angles at the ceiling and implies a thickness to the wall from which the kitchen is carved out. Small, flexible appliances enable full cooking potential, and modular cabinets provide highly functional features in minimal space. Ebony stained base cabinets recede, white-washed upper cabinets and panels reflect light, large-format ceramic counters and backsplash withstand culinary abuse, European oak flooring and accents provide warmth, and all combine under a ceiling of metallic paper to envelop users and guests in functional comfort.

Primary bathroom renovation. Navy, gray, and black are balanced by crisp whites and light wood tones. Eclectic mix of geometric shapes and organic patterns. Featuring 3D porcelain tile from Italy, hand-carved geometric tribal pattern in vanity's cabinet doors, hand-finished industrial-style navy/charcoal 24x24" wall tiles, and oversized 24x48" porcelain HD printed marble patterned wall tiles. Vanity pendant lights with handmade glass, hand-finished gold and silver tones layers organic design over geometric tile backdrop. Open, glass panel all-tile shower with 48x48" window (glass frosted after photos were taken). Shower pan tile pattern matches 3D tile pattern. Arched medicine cabinet from West Elm. Separate toilet room with sound dampening built-in wall treatment for enhanced privacy. Frosted glass doors throughout. Vent fan with integrated heat option. Tall storage cabinet for additional space to store body care products and other bathroom essentials. This basement remodel held special significance for an expectant young couple eager to adapt their home for a growing family. Facing the challenge of an open layout that lacked functionality, our team delivered a complete transformation.
The project's scope involved reframing the layout of the entire basement, installing plumbing for a new bathroom, modifying the stairs for code compliance, and adding an egress window to create a livable bedroom. The redesigned space now features a guest bedroom, a fully finished bathroom, a cozy living room, a practical laundry area, and private, separate office spaces. The primary objective was to create a harmonious, open flow while ensuring privacy—a vital aspect for the couple. The final result respects the original character of the house, while enhancing functionality for the evolving needs of the homeowners expanding family.

The original home featured a dramatic two-story great room, but the layout no longer supported the family’s needs. With too few bedrooms and an undersized, outdated second-floor bathroom, the homeowners wanted a solution that would improve functionality, privacy, and comfort—without expanding the home’s footprint.
Our design approach focused on reclaiming underutilized vertical space while creating a refined, highly functional primary suite and enhancing key living areas throughout the home.

This gem on Minnehaha Parkway in Minneapolis features a seamless addition to a classic Tudor home. The scope of work included expanding a one-car garage into a two-car with plenty of storage, creating a primary bedroom above the garage and converting an existing bedroom into a primary bath to complete the suite. Completed in 2025, this Woodbury remodel transformed a confined layout into a striking, spa-inspired retreat by thoughtfully expanding into an adjoining space. The reimagined footprint allowed for a luxurious wet room featuring floor-to-ceiling tile, a deep soaking tub, and custom glass enclosure—designed for both relaxation and efficiency. Custom birch cabinetry with glass inserts adds warmth and tailored functionality, paired with timeless Cambria quartz countertops.

The client wanted the master bath to have a spa-like feel to it, with hints of coastal colors. We expanded the small shower enclosure into a large double shower with a bench wall featuring a bamboo-look tile and a pebble stone floor. The shower walls were done in a large 12x24 tile laid in a vertical direction all the way to the ceiling. We carried the pebble stone pattern under the freestanding tub as well, with a free-flowing edge. Over the built in vanity we used the same bamboo-look tile behind a large lighted LED mirror. On the vanity we created a double waterfall edge to finish out the look of the built-in. We added a beautiful Capiz Chandelier to bring in some of the tropical feel that our client wanted. In the toilet room, we added a wainscot with a blue textured wallpaper above to bring in some of that color they wanted as well.

The homeowners wanted to update their kitchen with a fresh, modern look and improved island functionality. To achieve this, we replaced the existing island cabinets with new frameless cabinets from the Era series in the Basalt color, part of the Kitchen Solvers Classic Collection. The island was expanded in size, and custom metal legs were added to create a convenient seating area.
The perimeter cabinets were refaced with Haze Super Matte slim shaker doors, featuring increased overlays and the removal of mullions for a sleek, contemporary appearance. The transformation was completed with a 3cm Vicostone Venatino Quartz countertop, a 4x12 Arctic Matte White backsplash with bright white grout, and a new luxury vinyl plank floor. These updates delivered the modern aesthetic and enhanced functionality the homeowners were hoping for!

Designed by Angie Barwin of Reico Kitchen & Bath in Woodbridge VA in collaboration with Potomac Home Improvements, this primary bathroom features Green Forest Cabinetry in the Sierra door style in a White finish. The vanity countertops are MSI Q Smoked Pearl.
The bathroom includes Italgraniti Lux Calacatta Mont Blanc field tiles, Islandstone Waveline Breeze Matte glass accent tiles and Islandstone Sliced Pebble Grey shower floor and under tub accent tiles.
“The client was a joy to work with, full of energy and excitement for this project. He was looking for a spa-like feel in his Primary Bathroom. He had definitive ideas about what he did not want which helped steer me in the right direction,” said Angie. “We expanded the shower, added a freestanding tub in lieu of the existing garden tub, and brightened up the bath with white cabinetry, a light vanity top and a frameless, custom shower door. Removing the large tub deck and surround enabled the space to feel open and grand as well.”
“The bathroom project exceeded all my expectations. Everyone performing the work was professional and the design of the new bathroom is fantastic. Well worth the effort and the costs were reasonable,” said the client.

This customer loves their marble – and we love it too! Marble floors, marble countertops, and a marble backsplash all convey the elegance of this kitchen. The ProV WC is a strong focal point; it complements the predominately white and gray kitchen well.
The ProV WC is one of our most customizable wall range hoods. It comes with a chimney, too! As an added bonus, the chimney is telescoping, meaning it can retract and expand to fit in your kitchen. The control panel is easily accessible under the hood, and it features a Rheostat knob to adjust your blower power. There's not set speeds on this model; just turn the knob to find the perfect speed depending on what you are cooking.
The ProV WC also features a unique look with slanted stainless steel baffle filters, as the baffle filters in most of our models sit flat under the hood. These filters are dishwasher safe to keep you less focused on cleaning and more focused on cooking in the kitchen.
Finally, the ProV WC features two different blower options: a 1200 CFM local blower or a 1300 CFM inline blower. It's the only model that gives you the option to install your blower in the ductwork, and not inside the range hood itself!

This traditional two story plan offers a family-friendly layout and great square footage values. A drop zone in the hallway keeps busy families organized. A butlers pantry adds sophistication to the kitchen. This plan includes nine-foot ceilings on the first floor, and four bedrooms and a large loft, which can also be configured as a fifth bedroom. The huge primary bedroom with double tray ceiling opens to a primary bath with dual vanities, a linen closet, garden tub and separate shower, and a commode enclosure. Additional luxury bath options and decorative window options are also available. The oversized wrap-around primary closet has a direct door to the utility room, which is located upstairs for convenience, and features a folding counter. Four front elevations are available.

Our client wanted what he did not have—an outdoor sanctuary that related seamlessly between the environment and the home’s interior; it was also important that the design include modern features and materials. The openness of the new plan magically offers a sense of both privacy and spaciousness. It’s easy to stage a dinner party for two or expand the guest list to many as they flow in and out through the French Doors to the dining room/kitchen area of the home.
Outdoor cooking is a breeze with the convenient outdoor barbecue. “Golden Rock” granite counter tops & back splashes, and the cabinetry built of African Mahogany should stand the test of time.

The Baldwin Expanded is a ranch with upstairs bonus room option. The kitchen includes a serving bar to the family room, a pantry, and separate breakfast area with bay window. Bedrooms two and three share a bath and semi-private hallway.
