Small space living solutions are used throughout this contemporary 596 square foot tiny house. Adjustable height table in the entry area serves as both a coffee table for socializing and as a dining table for eating. Curved banquette is upholstered in outdoor fabric for durability and maximizes space with hidden storage underneath the seat. Kitchen island has a retractable countertop for additional seating while the living area conceals a work desk and media center behind sliding shoji screens.
Calming tones of sand and deep ocean blue fill the tiny bedroom downstairs. Glowing bedside sconces utilize wall-mounting and swing arms to conserve bedside space and maximize flexibility.

This beautiful lakefront home designed by MossCreek features a wide range of design elements that work together perfectly. From it's Arts and Craft exteriors to it's Cowboy Decor interior, this ultimate lakeside cabin is the perfect summer retreat.
Designed as a place for family and friends to enjoy lake living, the home has an open living main level with a kitchen, dining room, and two story great room all sharing lake views. The Master on the Main bedroom layout adds to the livability of this home, and there's even a bunkroom for the kids and their friends.
Expansive decks, and even an upstairs "Romeo and Juliet" balcony all provide opportunities for outdoor living, and the two-car garage located in front of the home echoes the styling of the home.
Working with a challenging narrow lakefront lot, MossCreek succeeded in creating a family vacation home that guarantees a "perfect summer at the lake!". Photos: Roger Wade

SCOLA BEGAN ITS CAREER IN THE CLASSROOM. | Today, the washbasin is at home with people who value icons. In fact, Scola is the washbasin that has remained unchanged and included in the Duravit programme the longest. It is popular, for example, in the private bathroom or utility room: the circular, deep inside basin offers lots of space to wash one’s hands and the ceramic surrounds offer lots of storage space. The version with chrome support frame is a chic alternative to the wallmounted washbasin. | Available at www.ShopStudio41.com

This beverage center is located adjacent to the kitchen and joint living area composed of greys, whites and blue accents. Our main focus was to create a space that would grab people’s attention, and be a feature of the kitchen. The cabinet color is a rich blue (amalfi) that creates a moody, elegant, and sleek atmosphere for the perfect cocktail hour.
This client is one who is not afraid to add sparkle, use fun patterns, and design with bold colors. For that added fun design we utilized glass Vihara tile in a iridescent finish along the back wall and behind the floating shelves. The cabinets with glass doors also have a wood mullion for an added accent. This gave our client a space to feature his beautiful collection of specialty glassware. The quilted hardware in a polished chrome finish adds that extra sparkle element to the design. This design maximizes storage space with a lazy susan in the corner, and pull-out cabinet organizers for beverages, spirits, and utensils.

Set in Montana's tranquil Shields River Valley, the Shilo Ranch Compound is a collection of structures that were specifically built on a relatively smaller scale, to maximize efficiency. The main house has two bedrooms, a living area, dining and kitchen, bath and adjacent greenhouse, while two guest homes within the compound can sleep a total of 12 friends and family. There's also a common gathering hall, for dinners, games, and time together. The overall feel here is of sophisticated simplicity, with plaster walls, concrete and wood floors, and weathered boards for exteriors. The placement of each building was considered closely when envisioning how people would move through the property, based on anticipated needs and interests. Sustainability and consumption was also taken into consideration, as evidenced by the photovoltaic panels on roof of the garage, and the capability to shut down any of the compound's buildings when not in use.

This cozy lake cottage skillfully incorporates a number of features that would normally be restricted to a larger home design. A glance of the exterior reveals a simple story and a half gable running the length of the home, enveloping the majority of the interior spaces. To the rear, a pair of gables with copper roofing flanks a covered dining area that connects to a screened porch. Inside, a linear foyer reveals a generous staircase with cascading landing. Further back, a centrally placed kitchen is connected to all of the other main level entertaining spaces through expansive cased openings. A private study serves as the perfect buffer between the homes master suite and living room. Despite its small footprint, the master suite manages to incorporate several closets, built-ins, and adjacent master bath complete with a soaker tub flanked by separate enclosures for shower and water closet. Upstairs, a generous double vanity bathroom is shared by a bunkroom, exercise space, and private bedroom. The bunkroom is configured to provide sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people. The rear facing exercise has great views of the rear yard through a set of windows that overlook the copper roof of the screened porch below.

Roof mounted solar system in Champaign, ILA little over a month ago, we completed a solar installation for Omari T. in Champaign, IL. This was a 12.045 kW system on a sloped roof and the customer was very happy with the final product.
Omari T. chose us for the project because of our competitive pricing and our craftsmanship. The main reason he recommended us was because of our excellent service and nice people.
The project was completed in just a couple months and the results were great! The solar panels are from Panasonic and the inverter is from SolarEdge. The whole system is grid-tie-in and it’s already reducing Omari’s utility bill each month.
We’re so happy that we could help Omari T. with his solar needs and we’re always available to help more people go solar! If you’re interested in learning more about solar or getting a quote for your home, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Initial programming revolved around the disconnect between parking, kitchen, upper entertaining spaces, and the pool.
Accessibility was solved through the installation of the new multi-tiered, limestone balustrade lined, staircase in place of a previously disregarded space.
Additional hardscape features included a sunken fire pit, tiered fountain and multiple entertaining spaces to accommodate all needs. Plantings focused on providing structure to the space and bringing down the scale of the house. The highlights of larger Hydrangea and Arborvitae, added screening and privacy at the perimeter while utilization of evergreens bring interest to a space that allows nearly year round use. Lastly, heavy annual planting areas within the pool deck area give year-round interest to help draw people through the space.
