The house ticked all the boxes, however quite soon we realized we were missing an even more spectacular view (of even more greens and tee boxes..;-) because we didn’t have a second story. Eyeing our 2-car garage, we decided to add an addition over the garage with views in every direction. Little did we know at the time that ‘adding a level’ is a ‘complex project with a high degree of difficulty’ requiring professional expertise beyond the ordinary. Thank God we hired Kelly Neale and Taylor Bryan to oversee this huge undertaking!! What stands out about the company is the project management approach, overseen by the owner of the company and supplemented by software (accessible to the customer) to track scheduling, change requests, payment status, history and design documents. Their responsiveness to our questions or issues seemed instantaneous at times, greatly enhancing overall project communication. Taylor Bryan exudes professionalism throughout the staff which carries over to their sub-contractors. There was always an air of friendly, open and customer-oriented collaboration throughout the project. These guys have been in the business for awhile and know how to plan for, manage and complete sophisticated, multi-stage builds/renovations. We have gut-renovated several condos and rebuilt an antique home in Lyme CT over the past 15 years. No one came even close to the caliber, skill level, trust-worthiness and professionalism of Taylor Bryan. As an added bonus, the entire team possesses a sense of humor that makes having them around (and in) our home a relatively pleasant experience, despite the noise and disruption.”

“Glenn and his team are very professional. Architect and structure engineering drawing were delivered on time even though there were major changes for our house addition. It includes a great room, a garage with master suit on the top, and foyer upgrade. My husband had loads of questions about AC, water pipes, windows and utility easement in our lot. “We worked with John Schroeder AIA on two phases of remodel of our 1959-vintage beach house. First was a major addition of garage and master bedroom as well as a gut, redesign and installation of a master bath suite, living room and modern kitchen. Second was to finish our basement creating a bedroom, exercise room, and living area/man cave. John took the time to fully understand our requirements and esthetics. He worked within our budget, always trying to get the most out of each dollar we spent. His skill as a designer added so much to the plans he created for us. His patient, professional manner and persistence in working for us carried the day allowing us to transform our home. John’s knowledge of, and facility with, structural matters was put to the test in removal of a load-bearing wall and reinforcement of several rear-facing walls that were opened up to provide expansive marsh views. John was unfailingly positive, professional and friendly throughout both phases of the remodel, even when one contractor became extremely contentious. Our project moved forward and both budget and schedule were preserved. John’s skill, character, integrity and warm personality was reassuring and his efforts added value to our project from the proposal to the completion of the final punch list item.
