Construction is now well underway and in the highly competent hands of construction manager, Tom Cox. He sets a high bar for the quality of work performed by the trades and keeps construction progressing. We really enjoy site visit days. Throughout the entire build, the communication has been excellent. Every interaction from the team members at Kaye whether a face-to-face visit or a well-written email, starts with a cheerful and gracious greeting. They patiently fine-tune details to best meet our preferences that will pass inspections. We enjoy tracking our house’s progress and photos through their easily accessible cloud platform. Ben consistently delivers a level of stellar customer experience we’ve rarely experienced. His refined communication skills, personable demeanor, and knowledge of the building process and industry is outstanding. The only thing I had to worry about was choosing the flooring (which I received a website info for) and purchasing the paint. My basement looks absolutely fantastic, I've learnt quite a few new things, and found a crew I know I can trust and would hire in a heartbeat if I need any other construction work done around the house. *LD's also took care of my poor flowers I had by the front door entrance, and taught me how to take care of them properly. It was my 1st time I had flowers stay alive for more than 2 weeks (they are still doing well), which made this experience for me even more valuable.”
