“Wow! What an amazing experience! We just finished a remodel project with Rick and it could not have gone better. This was our first time having this kind of work done and we were apprehensive. Rick took all the scary out of it. He stayed in touch during the entire project, checking in to make sure we were happy. His subcontractors were top-notch and meticulous. We couldn't be happier with the project outcome and highly recommend Jacobson Construction.”

“We have used MGE Construction for three extensive home remodeling projects, and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Mike embodies all of the important characteristics you would want in a remodeling contractor: quality workmanship, well-connected to skilled and reputable sub-contractors, hard-working, and savvy. Mike has consistently been upfront and accurate about budgeted project costs. Additionally, Mike advocates for the homeowner, ensuring that all project work done by subcontractors is done properly and up to high standards.. Lastly, Mike has never once "flaked-out" or gone AWOL for extended periods. He always pays a healthy amount of attention to your project. We strongly recommend MGE Construction.”

“I have used Full Circle construction for over the past 12 years ranging in small projects (replace windows) to bathroom/kitchen remodels to a large addition involving excavation and adding a 2 story addition. From small to large projects, Curt has demonstrated fine craftsmanship and focus to detail. We have lived in older houses and this is were Curt and his team excel in being able remodel to a more modern function but keep with the existing style and wood work. He has the ability to understand the homeowners vision of a remodel and conceptualize that into reality, making suggestion and modifications along the way or we have utilized an architect (Rehkamp /Larson) for our large additions and Curt worked closely with them to interpret the sketches/blue prints into a reality. Not an easy task as I learned. His bids fall within the mid range but from our experience, the extra focus on detail and craftsmanship is well worth it. Furthermore, working with a one person contractor, you communicate directly with the person who is doing the work so there is little miscommunication. He also has developed a close relationship with several sub contractors that work well together. This is important for older homes that may require a more specialized craftsmanship (masonry, wood floors, stucco) that he can sub contract with rather than using a large construction companies "standard" employers. He stays on budget within the usual 10% margin of the estimate and again, with him on site daily, you are updated of any unforeseen expenses that may arise. Also, with him on site, you engage in a more personal process and as the project develops, any modification that he or you may suggest can be easily made. In addition, Curt is aware of the stress that remodels can have on a family and tries to work around your time schedule. For our large addition, he built a temporary kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) in our living room and even hired a cleaning person to dust and vacuum each week to keep our sanity !”
