“When I decided to convert my patio to a screened in porch I wanted only one person to complete the project. That person is Terry Godwin, as he built my home. I wanted a custom project, not a “cookie cutter” conversion. Terry and I worked on the plans and he is great because he knows the HOA restrictions of my community. The space was completed in a timely manner, us more than I had expected, and I use the porch daily. The porch is 13x 15 feet and has a high ceiling, perfect for my beautiful ceiling fan. “Beach home renovation: complete kitchen remodel, bathrooms, floors, ceilings (remove popcorn), additions of bedroom and bath, addition of double car garage, outdoor shower, patio and upstairs deck. Builder went above and beyond to do a great job. Made great ideas better, used high quality materials and had excellent workers. Always provided access to professionals if needed. Builder was a perfectionist at the craft- would go back and change things that were not quite perfect, but acceptable to us. This made for a truly great experience. Was always very honest in challenging design details, yet always went the extra mile to make sure our desires could be met. There wasn't a challenge he could find a solution that never sacrificed quality or design, in fact, he presented several design changes that were fantastic and something we didn't think of and we know renovation. “I hired S&A to remodel my kitchen a few weeks ago. I have been so happy with the results! I have had so many compliments on my new kitchen. I have been living in my home for a few years and I've never really cared for the lichen cabinets, countertop or flooring. First of all, I would like to say that Ed was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and so helpful in all aspects of the project. I had no idea what color scheme to go with. I was just tired of my drab kitchen and I just wanted a change. Ed helped in selecting the cabinets, granite, ceramic tile, backsplash, lighting etc. He just made the whole process so much easier. He worked within my budget to create a beautiful kitchen that I just love spending time in! The crew always conducted themselves in a professional manner. Everyday they were on time.
