“We searched for the right builder for three years before we found the Radford Building Co. We interviewed several builders, and considered many options. After our first meeting, we knew we had found our builder. Jason and Kenny made us immediately feel comfortable and confident. They sought to understand not just our building requirements, but also our personalities, our intentions, and our ultimate vision for the build. The team has been upfront and personable throughout the entire process, from site selection and design to making selections, and the actual build. One of the most exciting points of the process was when the foundation went in. The care and precision that went into our foundation assured us that this was going to be a solid build, and this feeling remained throughout the entire process. The team invited our questions and concerns and took our opinions to heart. We felt heard, valued, and cared for. Since we moved in, the Radford Building Co. has continued to partner with us to make sure we are satisfied with our new home and has taken care of any outstanding tasks. “David has been a breathe of fresh air in a field that proves to be unreliable. He's done numerous repairs to my condo inside and out, from windows, doors to siding and roofing repairs. He's responsive and has proven to be honest and fair. A recent call to David was a bit of an emergency as the ample rain left a existing door leaking. I emailed David and he responded that day. He set up to come by himself to evaluate the situation and promptly made the repair. That's uncommon in this home building/remodeling industry.”

“4G took our wooded lot and made it into more than we ever expected! After moving into the Mooresville, NC area and trying to find that "perfect house" we were at a loss. It wasn't until buying a lot in Falls Cove and meeting with Sam Gandy that we started to think that finally we may have found our answer! We moved into our new home on April 11, 2014 and finally we have our "perfect house". 4G is extremely professional but also make you feel like part of their extended family. They never leave questions or concerns unanswered. They made sure I got what I wanted and always made sure I was happy with every phase of the construction. They made our part very simple it was in no way overwhelming and even let me send them pictures from Pintrest and other websites when I had ideas! Sam and or Quinton were on my job site daily to make sure the progression of my house was where it needed to be. I love my home and I am thankful everyday that I get to live here. I am 1000% happy that we were fortunate enough to get 4G to build our home. It was a fun experience getting to build this house and would always recommend them to any family or friend looking to build their "perfect house".”

“Evergreen Custom Construction did an exceptional job on our home. Doug Oles the owner personally supervised every aspect of the work to make certain it was completed in a flawless and timely manner. There was never a day that this project was ongoing that we did not witness him outside of our home checking the work in progress.He has an exceptional eye for detail and design. His team were all very professional and courteous. Anytime anyone asks about our contractor we always say to use Evergreen Custom Construction. We are so extremely happy with the finished product. It brings a sense of pride when we get compliments on our home now which we do often.
