“At our first phone meeting Bob Tilghman was friendly and professional and as we each felt that we could be a good fit Bob scheduled an onsite meeting at our home. From our first face to face meeting, Bob and Joanne Tilghman understood what we were trying to accomplish with our home renovation and they were excited about our project. As the work progressed it was clear that their entire team was enthusiastic about the renovations. The team presented us with an accurate price quote, a timeline that they maintained (despite weather related challenges and unexpected findings on our property that changed the excavation and foundation plan), consistent scheduled onsite progress meetings, workmanship that was excellent, patience with our intra-project changes, creativity in handling unexpected events, attention to detail and a devotion to accurate completion of our punch list.
