Val did a great job for us on a town house renovation a few years ago. He had the most thorough estimate out of anybody we have worked with and he was easy to communicate with throughout.

VLS Builders did fantastic work at my home in Clifton, NJ. They added an additional bedroom over an extension as well as added a dormer and bathroom on the second floor. Overall what I enjoyed best about Val's work was that he was incredibly thorough in his quoting, invoicing, etc. Any topics during the actual work he communicated well and we easily addressed anything that came up. Now that time has gone by I look back at this project and I can confidently say it all went very well!

I worked with Val on a complicated 4-unit gut renovation in Jersey City. We took the home all the way down to the studs and replaced everything: interior framing, electric, HVAC, water, windows, new kitchens, new bathrooms, etc. He pushed through complicated issues as they arose and stayed on top of his subcontractors in order to push the project forward. The project turned out amazing, particularly the bathrooms and kitchens, and I'd be happy to work with him again on another project.

Big shout out to Val and his team. Reliable, honest, high communication and great skills. Complete renovation down to the studs with a massive addition, new everything! Renovations are never an easy thing but Val held our hand throughout the entire process and made our dream home a reality. So many decisions to make along the way. Val was always available to answer questions, support and guide us in the right direction... and keep us calm, LOL. It came out beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you're thinking about hiring VLS Builders don't hesitate, my wife and I highly recommend them. Thank you Val for your dedication and hard work.
