Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsApril 13, 2015
Armada Design & Build handled the remodel of our office space. They were punctual, professional and extremely proficient. They have a quality work ethic and execute contracts and deadlines in a timely fashion. We had a small window from the time we relocated until our doors opened. They, not only, completed the job with an exceptional level of charisma, tenacity and zeal but with excellent customer service. They set a good standard for construction companies regarding attention to detail and communication. Would recommend and will be contacting them again soon.

De has worked with me on many projects in my home. She is extremely professional while being warm and supportive, gently providing guidance and innovative ideas. She has an amazing sense for scale and creates interesting focal areas that aren't overpowering to the rest of the design. I would highly recommend her for your next project and know you won't be disappointed when you do.
Potter Construction Inc

We have done 2 remodels with Potter Construction. The last was very complicated involving many engineering challenges adding a second story to a house not designed to cary the load. While difficult and with us living in the house too Potter Construction made a successfully completed our house which we get many compliments on. Many have said it does not look like an addition but looks like it has always been that way. That was a major concern of ours and a design priority. Potters design staff and crew litterally worked out a plan in and around us to give us our dream house. they are up to difficult challenges. Highly recommended.

Working with Molly and Clive is an experience that will leave you not only with a more beautiful space, but also a deeper knowledge of design, environmental principles, and just generally how to make choices for better living. They are conscientious, thoroughly hardworking, and committed to their clients. Thanks to the expertise and creativity of A Kitchen That Works, we were able to turn a completely dysfunctional space into a glorious bathroom retreat. They respected our priorities and budget while giving us professionally managed advice and choices. The finished bathroom is amazing. For days after the project was complete, I kept opening the bathroom door and peeking in to see if it was really still there - I just can't believe it's our same space.

We hired Bolt construction for our room addition project. They did a great job, taking care from start to end including floor plan, permits, construction and inspections. They were able to execute the job even in the midst of Covid-19 situation. No regrets. Would recommend Bolt Construction and would hire them again when needed.

These guys know how to get things done! True professionals, very fair in their pricing and didn't cut any corners in my kitchen and bath, my husband is hard to please and he was delighted! They did a wonderful job on both. They will make sure you get the right products, but their install will be probably the best you've ever seen! Thank you, guys, we are happy!
Michael Tall Custom Homes Inc

I own a sub-contractor and we work on all of Mike Tall's projects. He is definitely one of our favorite contractors to work for and all of my techs love working on his projects. He's professional and easy to work with but the most important thing to consider is that he spends time on all of this projects and he always makes himself available. So many contractors are hard to track down, Mike's not this way. He's very hands on which makes the projects go smoother and quicker. If I was doing a remodel on my own home Mike would be my first contractor of choice to work with.

My wife and I met Jim Burbridge owner of ADDB at the Tacoma Home Show in February 2014. We invited him to come to our 1978 built home and make a bid on remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom. We were happy with his and the designer's proposal and signed up for the work to begin in July 2014. His employees were tremendous for the demo and reconstruction project. It was finished mid-September, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Every time we walk into the new kitchen and bath we just smile.
Community Builders, LLC

Community Builders did several home repair projects for us when we bought a home in West Seattle. David Minor was fair, knowledgable, and prompt with communication. The fence and railing projects were required by insurance and David found economical and lasting ways to fulfill our needs in those areas. We bought the house with a major problem with the basement bathroom and Community Builders did a wonderful job replacing a window, building a new wall, and putting in a new toilet and sink. The plumbing under the sink leaked. David was great about getting the repairs completed and communicating with us during the project.
