Hallway wallpaper installation – Kennesaw, GA
We installed metallic-accented vinyl wallpaper to give this hallway a touch of luxury without sacrificing durability. The reflective surface helps bounce light through the corridor, making it feel larger and brighter. Ideal for narrow or mid-century modern spaces.

LED up lights were recessed into the boards of this deck to illuminate the large chimney and to bounce light back onto the living space. This created a warm, but dramatic effect.

Lighting horizontal surfaces expands and brightens space, bouncing light back onto ceiling. Close-to-ceiling lights reflect light off ceiling for added brightness. A rows of lights in a long space creates visual interest. - Deborah Nicholson Lighting and Interiors

For a room with this much light, a dark colored kitchen, like this luxurious upgrade on Mid-Century Modern design, presents a striking contrast. The light in the room majestically bounces off the shiny and polished laminate wood grain cabinets, adding an even bigger statement to this bold arrangement.

Hammer & Hand built this custom listening room for a Portland audiophile. To isolate the room from the rest of the home and improve the listening experience the space includes a self-contained minisplit heat pump and a dedicated cryogenically-treated electricity system. Tibetan bowls allow the client to tune the room. Noted acoustic engineer Art Noxon positioned gray bass traps along the walls of the room so bass frequencies penetrate the walls instead of bouncing around the room. The team removed a bathroom to increase the size of the space to 11 x 17. Double sound attenuating doors lock sound into the room and keep the rest of the home quiet. A small storage room adjoining the listening room includes a custom built bookshelf for holding records, CDs, and other items.

Beautiful flat panel high gloss white kitchen decked out with everything, including the kitchen sink. Light bounces all over this open concept kitchen and living area. Included in the cabinetry are euro style lemans corner system, pull out condiment storage, pull out spice racks, built in wine fridge, and recycling system

The kitchen almost has a retro-modern feel with the bright red tile, unique lighting fixtures, and black barstools. The windows let in a ton of natural lighting that bounces off the white cabinets and countertops to brighten the space.

Enclosed dining room - large contemporary dark wood floor and brown floor enclosed dining room idea in Dallas with beige walls and no fireplace

We chose a wide beaded fabric to line the barrel ceiling in the gallery of this ladies closet. Light bounces off the ceiling and highlights the three pearl chandeliers to add brightness and femininity in a narrow space. Custom off-white trimwork with a glaze frames the warm taupe of Benjamin Moore 984 Stone Hearth walls.

The office desk faces towards the large slider door and windows, with a view of the corner fireplace as well. A sienna orange vein runs through the slate flooring and so it was translated on the hallway wall which extends into the office space. I purposefully choose a high gloss sheen so the light would bounce around and down the hallway.

The kitchen opens into the informal dining room. The floor pattern connects the two spaces. Pops of orange help bounce color between the rooms. Instead of upper cabinetry on the wall over the gas range, burled walnut walls of an adjacent hallway offers storage, plus houses a number of built-in appliances. There is also a floor to ceiling pantry (that you cannot see) located along the entire wall behind the acrylic bar chairs.

With the stone fireplace and many windows grace the background of this room, we placed another bright and colorful art piece above this fireplace to bounce color around the space. The modern wood framed lounge chairs flank this fireplace alongside the tall sheer drapery.
