“Pantall Construction built our house in Bethany Beach (Errett Rd). We tore down our older house and built a new one on the lot. After making the decision, we consulted with close to a dozen construction companies and contractor down in the area, including all of the major names. Pantall provided the best quality to value by far. We toured completed work sites for all of the partners we were considering and found the quality of Pantall's work to be top tier. Their construction was stronger (I was checking how sturdy rails and sconces were to my wife's embarrassment!) and their finishes were beautiful and clean. “The plan was to sell our house and renovate our son’s basement into a comfortable apartment. We also decided to add an additional room off the back of his house. We decided to work with Falisi and Son. People we know gave their company very good reviews and they were correct. Even though this was a “smaller” job for their company, we always felt like it was an important job for them. Working with Justin was very easy. He listened to what we wanted and needed in our new living space. The work that was done was quality and timely. When Justin said they were working on something that day, they always showed up.
