“Jobs: Master bathroom remodel including building a shower, wall and floor tile, painting, electrical and plumbing. Kitchen backsplash tile installation. Project was completed on time and on budget. Design was excellent and implementation was great. Made improvments in the design as work progressed. Workers were very careful to minimize dirt and dust during demolition and construction. They went with us to tile and plumbing fixture stores to advise and help in the selection process. Was known and recommended by suppliers. We would definately recommend Creative Remodeling and Design for bathroom and kitchen remodeling.”

“Hawthorne Davis (HD) built a vacation home for me in North Wildwood, NJ. While I knew one of the owners, I was not going to simply hand HD the business. It was apparent to me very quickly that HD was a quality organization that is very focused on customer satisfaction. They blew away the competition with their preparation and presentation. “Reese and his team recently completed our row home kitchen renovation in South Philadelphia. Their quality of work was excellent and their prices very reasonable. Reese was always professional- very prompt to answer our questions, return calls, etc. They kept their tools and building supplies very organized and respected our home- even left the outside light on for us every night when they left. “We hired Amiano & Son’s for our kitchen remodel and couldn’t have been happier. We met with other contractors during our planning stage and Amiano stood out from the rest from the very start. We knew from our first meeting with Joe, that we were going to go with him. We gave them ideas of what we were thinking along with our budget. They came back with a better plan and layout than what we had imagined. What we really loved about working with Amiano is that we told them our budget and they made every effort to show us options that would work for us. They didn’t present more expensive/elaborate options to entice us to spend more. They were just as focused as we were to stay on budget which removed any undue stress or disappointments. Amiano’s constant communication, craftsmanship and attention to detail was more than what we could have hoped. I would strongly recommend reaching out to Amiano for your next project.”

“We hired Design Manifest do a bathroom renovation. We had used them many years ago for a kitchen redo. They are an expert, high quality company. We worked very closely with Andrew as builder/planner and contractor, and Naomi as designer to help with choices of tile and cabinets and finishes. They were able to take our ideas and generate a number of possible plans from which we chose and then they created. Andrew's workmanship is unparalleled, exact and beautiful. Naomi has a great eye and is wonderful at finishing the space. They are timely, on budget and responsible. They clean up daily. When unforeseen circumstances arise as they do on projects, they explain the issue and figure out creative solutions with our input. I would DM very highly.”
