My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

“I researched and interviewed a number of other contractors before I hired DS General Services Corp. I am very pleased with the bathroom remodeling project that Welhington and his crew have done for me. From the start to the finish, the communication, customization, and the quality of work were all excellent. I am very satisfied. Thanks guys.”

“Boston Premier Remodeling did a fantastic job. We have no reservation whatsoever in recommending them. We had to demolish and rebuild a kitchen, bathroom and dining room when a pipe burst and flooded that area. Nick’s business model is fair. His crew worked on a flat daily rate. He charged us his cost for all materials and took a reasonable GC fee on the subs. In addition, he kept everyone on schedule, including at the end, when he coordinated his painters and hardwood sub with our movers, so we did not pay for even one extra day’s lodging when we had to move out. His crew was wonderful with framing, carpentry, drywall, laying tiles and installing kitchen and bathroom cabinets. One small example of the care they took: When they laid a tile floor in a room at the bottom of a flight of stairs, they did not just lay the first row along the wall but instead cut the tile such that the grout line was perfectly centered on the stairs. The grout line lines up perfectly with the patterned carpet stair runner. The crew and all the subs (plumbing, electrical, painting and hardwood floors) cared deeply about doing quality work. When faced with a choice, they always asked us for our preference, to make sure we were happy. We would hire Boston Premier Remodeling again in a heartbeat. (The first picture is of the bathroom before painting.)”

“I am so thrilled to have worked with Joanna for my kitchen renovation. Although my kitchen was not particularly old it was very dark and dreary. Joanna worked with me on finishes and colors to refresh the kitchen space and rather than a complete gut job reused and refreshed the cabinets and rebuilt certain areas to work within costs. The whole kitchen looks twice the size, beautiful and bright to look at and so classic, functional and much more usable. My island is my dream and now regularly sit around with my family and friends, something we rarely did before. I love that Joanna incorporated my likes rather than just what was trendy and worked to offer some great options. I feel like this has totally changed my first floor. I love it !”
