Outstanding customer service starting from design to finish and follow up. The project was accomplished when they said it would be. The quality of work was impressive. We have hired Eulenfeld Interiors for other home improvements projects and each one exceeded our expectations.

So Ikea wood laminate flooring: we installed it in our living room years ago, and then when we went back to do the bedrooms, they had changed the color entirely ( not the name of the flooring, just the color!). So we had two bedrooms in a pretty ash blonde and the living room in a yellow blonde. Very noticeable difference! So a month ago, we set out to find flooring that matched the newer, pretty ash blonde bedroom wood laminate. Ikea does not sell flooring anymore! And they had no information on who manufactured it, even. So we went to Several local flooring dealers. At least the one in LaFronterra shopping center was friendly. We tried Lowe's and Home Depot, too. And a couple of the places were like, "Ughhh, we don't carry Anything like Ikea's flooring..." Even though we saw they had several options that matched the yellow-blonde we had in the living room but didn't want. So. Onto Flooring Warehouse on Burnet Road in Austin. They were a breath of fresh air after all those other places. Ric immediately took 1/2 our sample piece we had left over from doing the bedrooms and said he was pretty sure he knew the manufacturer of it!!! That gave us hope. Within a week, he got a sample to us from Mohawk and the color was waaaaaay closer to the ash blonde, same tone, just different dye lot, and it was the same manufacturer so the wood laminate pieces were the same widths, heights, and depths! We were beyond relieved. Now all our wood laminate actually matches :-P. Their estimate was Very fair, especially considering we asked them to also install new tile we had bought already from Lowes and Home Depot in our guest bath and kitchen while they were redoing the living room, a couple closets, and the last bedroom that needed wood laminate. They had it ordered within a week and Everything installed in 1 1/2 days, despite that it was raining. They were very professional: we have a huge stone fireplace that they cut into at its base so they could lay the wood laminate just under it, looks beautiful, and they changed where the living room laminate ends and the kitchen tile begins- it changed the feel of the entire space, makes it feel so much bigger & brighter! Their tile job was perfect, looks gorgeous and is level. We are very happy with their customer service, their knowledge, and their installation job. We'll be using them in the future, after we sell our home next spring.

Hardwood Bargains was truly a great company to work with. Not only was the product Fantastic, the pricing was great! I visited their showroom to find the Ventura Acacia. It was just what I wanted and my wife loved it too. There are a lot of online companies to look at but I am glad that I found Hardwood Bargains. We drove from Oklahoma to visit them and make our purchase. Thanks again guys, you have an AWESOME company and I referred 3 of my friends already.

As an architect that designed and had my own personal house built, the quality of materials that go into my home is very important. I've had a fantastic experience working with Stefan over at Millennium Hardwood flooring. Their flooring is exceptional, only outdone by their service and attention to detail! Stefan was extremely responsive, which really made the project run smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Matt's crew laid over 900 SQ feet of wood look tile in our home. It was such a good experience all the way around. The crew was respectful, experienced, looks great and cleaned up after themselves every day. They really knew what they were doing and it shows. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend.

I am a cabinet designer who has worked with Juli for over 15 years on various projects from large to small ones. She has so much passion and enthusiasm that you cannot help but get excited with the process. She really listens to your wants and concerns and will give her honest opinion when asked. She has a great eye for design and really strives to make each project fit the consumer. She stays on top of the current trends and goes beyond to make your project not look like everyone else's. I am so excited about her reclaimed wood business coming to Des Moines. I took a client there just today who was extremely excited about everything that was shown to her. Juli and April really took the time to explain the different products and made suggestions on where those could be used in our project. I would highly recommend Juli, April and Iowa Reclaimed Floors.
Butler Floors

Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsJanuary 31, 2015
Although my wife and I faced many difficulties and delays with our remodel, Butler Flooring remained the one bright spot throughout the process! The job we asked them to undertake included a massive amount of tiled area, flooring that was uneven, warped, and bowed, multiple types of transitions, one custom rug, a tile surround for a fireplace, and cutting tile around a kitchen island that was anything but square. Not only did all of that get done exactly the way we wanted it but Cindy and Rob were incredibly patient with the scheduling snafus created by other vendors and responsive to our requests to fit in our work when needed. Cindy was excellent at meeting us at their shop so we could spend a couple of hours (each time) walking on different carpets, laying out tiles against other color samples, and even allowed us to take several different types of tiles and carpet samples home so we could see them in place. Every bit of the finished product is precisely what we wanted and we couldn't be happier.

We went to the home show and looked at all the hardwood flooring vendors. RCF was friendly, took the time to explain and didn't pressure us. So we set up an in home estimate. There samples were large enough (18"x 15"ish) to understand the color palettes, unlike chan store coffee cup coaster sized. We were happy with the estimate and the service so far so we hired them. One the day of, we set up a 8 am start. The first person showed at 7:50 and was waiting in the van until 8 to knock. We went out and told him it was ok to come it. Very nice. We were worried when only one person showed, but he was kind of like an advance party, getting the easy stuff done before anyone else showed a few minutes later. Carpet and tile were up and out in about 45 minutes. The leveling cement(?) took a little while to dry, but the workers used, that time to unpack and cut some measured pieces. Our new flooring came in and got installed in an amazing 4 hours or so. Clean up and baseboards took another hour or so. Finally, they polished all the wood and had us do an inspection. I asked about payment and the worker said no, someone would call us later. A few days later the man that did the demo/estimate called and asked us how we liked our new floor and then asked if we were satisfied. (We were, we've been bragging about the floors to anyone that would listen.). Only then did we arrange for payment. You always hear horror stories, but RCF was nothing but awesome. My only regret was I didn't ask them to do more hardwood in our house it was that nice. We highly recommend River City Flooring and have passed their name many times.
