These clients retained MMI to assist with a full renovation of the 1st floor following the Harvey Flood. With 4 feet of water in their home, we worked tirelessly to put the home back in working order. While Harvey served our city lemons, we took the opportunity to make lemonade. The kitchen was expanded to accommodate seating at the island and a butler's pantry. A lovely free-standing tub replaced the former Jacuzzi drop-in and the shower was enlarged to take advantage of the expansive master bathroom. Finally, the fireplace was extended to the two-story ceiling to accommodate the TV over the mantel. While we were able to salvage much of the existing slate flooring, the overall color scheme was updated to reflect current trends and a desire for a fresh look and feel. As with our other Harvey projects, our proudest moments were seeing the family move back in to their beautifully renovated home.

Our St. Pete studio gave this beautiful traditional home a warm, welcoming ambience with bold accents and decor. Gray and white wallpaper perfectly frame the large windows in the living room, and the elegant furnishings add elegance and classiness to the space. The bedrooms are also styled with wallpaper that leaves a calm, soothing feel for instant relaxation. Fun prints and patterns add cheerfulness to the bedrooms, making them a private and personal space to hang out. The formal dining room has beautiful furnishings in bold blue accents and a striking chandelier to create a dazzling focal point. Pamela Harvey Interiors offers interior design services in St. Petersburg and Tampa, and throughout Florida's Suncoast area, from Tarpon Springs to Naples, including Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and Sarasota.

An abundant amount of custom cabinets featuring lots of specialty pull-out drawers including electric plugs so the hairdryer can be in the drawer all the time and a charging station for the electric toothbrush allow for ultimate organization. Featuring champagne gold plumbing fixtures, handles, and other accessories. The beautiful concrete tile floors, and added coffered ceiling with recessed cans make for a bright and delightful space. Recessed vessel sinks, wall sconces, and tile backsplash add to the clean elegant look.

Another update project we did in the same Townhome community in Culver city. This time more towards Modern Farmhouse / Transitional design. Kitchen cabinets were completely refinished with new hardware installed. The black island is a great center piece to the white / gold / brown color scheme. The hallway Guest bathroom was partially updated with new fixtures, vanity, toilet, shower door and floor tile. that's what happens when older style white subway tile came back into fashion. They fit right in with the other updates.
