This Pergola was built using Rough Western Red Cedar. The pieces on the very top are 2"x2", set 8" on center. The wood below the 2"x2" are 2"x6" Rafters which are set at 16" on center. The rough cedar brings alot of warmth to this Outdoor Dining Area. Thank you for the question and compliment, we enjoyed building this patio for our customer.

You can purchase these online at: www.budgetlighting.com

Find: Bayside Light Strings (Commerical Grade Heavy Duty)

They are available in different lengths and quantity of bulbs. Have an electrician install the string lights with a dimmer switch. They can be very bright and turned down as needed and can liven up the outdoor patio.
