Working for a return client, this project joined the 2012 upper bluestone terrace to a new pool and associated decking. Bluestone, brick, ipe wood, new plantings, period fencing, and lighting were all seamlessly integrated with the existing house and patio. A series of well defined and unique terraced spaces lead one from the house, through entertaining spaces, to the pool. ULC provided design and construction management services for this recently completed project.
