A new house in a new neighborhood with an unfinished basement. Having a larger, growing family they required additional living space, something they were aware of before buying the house.
We designed the layout with a large living space for the entire family, fireplace with mantel, sound insulation in the ceiling to cut down noise from upstairs, utilized the wasted space below the stairs into a children’s play area with cushions, added a 3 piece bathroom with curb-less shower, and a utility closet that was also a concealment for the water meter and sump area.
Giving everything the customer wanted for comfort and style in an open concept for their growing family and friends.
