The client wanted a serene feeling in her master bedroom so we chose an ivory colored nubby linen for the background of the relaxed Roman shades and added the 6" banding of taupe as the design punch detail. The Hunter Douglas Architella shades are blackout and we also opted for the bottom up, top down option too. So many clients are sorry they didn't order blackout shades in their bedrooms later! By adding the bottom up feature along with blackout, it gives you many options for placement on the window and privacy when you want it.
