The color scheme starting from the entry foyer to the rest of the unit was designed with neutral tones to achieve a modern contemporary look to coincide with the ocean view. Contrasting textures of metals, woods, and multiple fabrics, highlights the sleekness feel of the unit. Accents of blue were added to complement the featured waterfront scenery.
