A basement remodel in Dean’s personal home. The intent was to use the basement as an Airbnb rental, which informed the design and layout of the space as well as regarding the amenities provided. Dean and his wife succeeded and now operate a highly rated listing. A sump pump was needed, which is hidden in the bedroom closet (behind the curtain). The greatest challenge was relocating existing appliances.

Please note, the price range provided reflects the project cost, not architectural services. Although material and labor prices fluctuate, hopefully this proves helpful. Some of the work was performed by my wife and I to cut down on costs.
