Once a small bathroom built in the 1990s, this luxury master bathroom includes many custom features. Where the clawfoot bathtub now sits was once a closet. A new window was added for the benefit of natural light. All new plumbing and electric was installed. A privacy wall separates the toilet from the rest of the room. Case Chester installed ceramic tiles of varying sizes on the floor and shower walls. The shower includes a built in granite seat and recessed storage which is both decorative and functional. It also includes a decorative exhaust fan that doubles as a light. The vanity is custom designed and built as is the trim work that frames the room. DITRA-HEAT by Schluter Systems was installed underneath the ceramic floor tile for heated flooring. This makeover took just three weeks to complete.
