East Coast meets Midwest Style. Yorktowne cabinetry fills this kitchen with elegance and customization. Built in wine rack at the island, floor to ceiling custom pantry with rollout shelves and a vertical rise cabinet door at the appliance garage to hide-a-way all that counter clutter. Adding a hood above the stove added a more clean look to this home. Expanding the center island more than doubled their counter space and allows a place to gather for entertaining and for family get togethers. Oversized clear pendants finish this space off bringing everything together making it feel open and cozy at the same time. A small wing wall was cut back to make the kitchen open up into the old formal dining room/office space.... turned into a new seating area to allow maximized living space use for entertaining. Lastly, we changed out the old staircase system by replacing the old wooden spindle balusters to a more contemporary stainless steel look and stained handrail, newel post, caps and risers, creating a stunning new look right when you walk into the home.
