This home underwent a dramatic interior renovation in 2015 that included an addition on the backside of the house, main floor remodel, kitchen remodel, master bath and master closet customization remodel/add-on and also an indoor basketball court. In 2018 the homeowners felt like the exterior of their home didn't match the beautifully remodeled interior, so they called us back for some design ideas for an exterior remodel. We pitched them simple design changes from changing the front door + garage doors only to making a big transformation and painting the entire brick front white as well as the hardiplank siding on the rest of the home white. The homeowner called it the "White House" option. They decided to do it. We transformed the home into 2018 focusing on clean lines and working with a design that would last for years to come. We painted all exterior window trims black and added other modern touches like custom black steel awnings and a custom black steel pergola with rich wood accents. We added a beautiful modern front door with reeded horizontal glass and a modern garage door with frosted horizontal glass. A special custom touch came from a company out of Louisiana that makes handmade original gas burning copper lanterns, Bevolo. These were placed at 4 locations to give the home a unique and personal touch like no other home. As you can see, the home looks absolutely stunning and it transformed into a new home (without the homeowners having to move). Lastly, inside the garage the homeowners were lacking some storage and so we custom built a Mezzinine at the back of the garage nook to a raised up area for all their storage needs that opened up the garage space. Access to the area includes an electronic retractable set of stairs easy to use and hide-a-way when not in use. The floor got an Epoxy finish on it for a nice polished look for these homeowners to enjoy their garage and exterior of their home as much as they enjoy their remodeled interior of their home.
