Rooms were carved out of a steep slope for this modern garden with a Mediterranean flair. The lower terrace includes a cozy outdoor fireplace and a bubbling water feature in the corner that invites guests to explore the passage to the spa. The middle terrace features a full size swimming pool which opens on yet another level, a covered spa with pool house. The slope remained in the back of the garden, stabilized by modern concrete retaining walls and densely planted with drought tolerant grasses, perennials and shrubs.
