ULC provided landscape design services and acted as owner’s representative for this recently completed project. A driveway winds through a wooded slope, where three stone columns guide the way to the parking area and front courtyard. Nestled between the original rear porch and a new deck, a sunken patio and firepit provide beautiful views to the ocean beyond.
