This fun spirited loft condo in downtown Libertyville, IL keeps guests coming back again and again to share in the hospitality of it's owner in a welcoming contemporary space.

Having decorated two prior single family homes for this fun loving client launched us into designing this space, mixing old furnishings with new, and adding special touches to bring warmth.

The addition of chandeliers in the main room and bedrooms enhanced the 11.5' ceilings and make the rooms cozy. Area rugs, floor to ceiling drapery panels, as well as wallpaper on accent walls, fabric covered bulletin boards, all combine to create warmth and character to this lovely condo.
