Before. The second major challenge in the apartment was soundproofing. The student could hear the neighbors above and below her as clearly as if they were inside her home, and noise from the street was an additional problem.

До: Еще одна проблема, с которой столкнулась хозяйка до ремонта — звукоизоляция. Почти круглые сутки ей было слышно соседей снизу и сверху, а также шум со стороны бульвара.

Vorher: Die zweite große Herausforderung war der Schallschutz. Die Studentin konnte sowohl die Nachbarn über als auch unter sich hören, und zwar so gut, als säßen sie direkt in ihrer Wohnung. Hinzu kam noch der Lärm von der Straße.
