Sherwin Williams Mega Greige. Please note that the color in photos (any photos for that matter) aren't true to actual paint chip, as well as every room/space is different in terms of natural light and flooring materials. A disclaimer to say that the color in this photo may or may not look like this in your space once you paint it this color.

Looks an awful lot like SW Griffin for wainscoting and SW Functional Gray for walls.

I usually don't use Griffin for the yellow under tones, but I do love Functional Gray!

It is a Kravet fabric but has been discontinued. They have many large houndstooth fabrics in many different colors though. I had them upholstered at my vendor in Los Angeles.

This 5 1/2" MDF beaded board was actually there when I bought the house 12 years ago. I just painted it a dark greige. You can get/order it at most hardware stores, Home Depot or any finished carpenter can provide it from their sources.
