It is the same one, this picture is featured on zgallerie's facebook page. All the reviews for the mirrors aren't that great, the mirrors are heavy so you made need extra hardware. I own 2 huge mirrors from Z and I love them.

I purchased this mirror in Bowrings about 3 years ago. I think it is still available, and costs about $250 (Canadian).

You can purchase a stencil in this pattern and achieve the same look by painting the wall with flat paint and stenciling with semi-gloss. You can purchase the stencil at cuttingedgestencils.com for $40.

The name is Imperial Trellis Onyx Glass, by Shumacher. It is $181.99 per single roll. Go into the designer section @ wallpaper to go. The book to look at is Avant Garde or Byzantium
