Hi Heagarcia

Thank you for your question. The lining of the ceiling to
the balcony is stained plywood sheeting on timber batons with a 10mm gap
between sheets. Our clients chose to stain the roof themselves, so we would
advise to speak to a specialist or visit your local hardware store for staining
swatches to find one that suits your home best.

Thanks,

Amanda

Hi Home Automation Technologies LLC! It's hard to imagine this home was once a 1967 two-bedroom shack that our Summit Home Improvements team transformed into a striking modern residence. We finished the exterior of the home using Solver Paints, Wallaby 3656 and the gutter colour is Colorbond Ironstone. Hope that helps!

Plant cannas in full sun with rich, well-draining soil that is out of strong winds. Set rhizomes horizontally about 2 to 4 inches deep and 1½ to 2 feet apart. Add a slow-release fertilizer at planting time and plan to feed again in midsummer. Provide regular water (C. glauca prefers wet soil). Cut back stems after blooming to encourage more flowers. Divide clumps every three to four years in spring. In colder climates, dig and store canna bulbs or grow as an annual.Origin: American tropics and subtropicsBloom season: Summer to fallWhere it will grow: Hardy to 0 degrees Fahrenheit, or minus 17.8 degrees Celsius (Zone 7 and above)Mature size: 3 to 6 feet tall; some dwarf varieties reach 2 to 2½ feet tall Water requirement: Regular to ample water while growing and blooming Light requirement: Full sunBulb type: RhizomeWhen to plant: In spring after the danger of frost is past and the daytime temperature is at least 50 degrees Fahrenheit, or 10 degrees Celsius; in cold-winter climates, start indoors six weeks before the last frostLearn more about growing cannas
